As a Landscape Foreman, you'll be the frontline leader of your crew, overseeing the installation of custom landscape projects from start to finish. You'll work directly with our Project Managers to ensure top-tier results, on time and on budget, while mentoring your team and maintaining quality and safety standards. This is a pivotal leadership role that requires strong construction knowledge, effective crew management, and the flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily job site operations and landscape crews
• Interpret plans and ensure adherence to design and quality standards
• Oversee scheduling, material deliveries, and jobsite safety
• Track project timelines, budgets, and progress reports
• Operate a variety of equipment, including excavators, skid steers, and laser levels
• Train, mentor, and motivate apprentices and team leads
• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders professionally and effectively
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of landscape construction experience, with a focus on hardscape and custom projects
• Prior crew leadership experience required
• Strong project management and time management skills
• Proficient in reading landscape plans, blueprints, and specs
• Working knowledge of plant materials and horticultural practices
• Ability to manage resources and pivot quickly with changing project demands
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Budget awareness and basic construction math skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree or certification in Horticulture, Construction, or Landscape Architecture is a plus
