You'll work directly with our Project Managers to ensure top-tier results, on time and on budget, while mentoring your team and maintaining quality and safety standards. This is a pivotal leadership role that requires strong construction knowledge, effective crew management, and the flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise daily job site operations and landscape crews</li><li>Interpret plans and ensure adherence to design and quality standards</li><li>Oversee scheduling, material deliveries, and jobsite safety</li><li>Track project timelines, budgets, and progress reports</li><li>Operate a variety of equipment, including excavators, skid steers, and laser levels</li><li>Train, mentor, and motivate apprentices and team leads</li><li>Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders professionally and effectively</li><li>Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>5 to 7 years of landscape construction experience, with a focus on hardscape and custom projects</li><li>Prior crew leadership experience required</li><li>Strong project management and time management skills</li><li>Proficient in reading landscape plans, blueprints, and specs</li><li>Working knowledge of plant materials and horticultural practices</li><li>Ability to manage resources and pivot quickly with changing project demands</li><li>Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)</li><li>Budget awareness and basic construction math skills</li><li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent; degree or certification in Horticulture, Construction, or Landscape Architecture is a plus</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Full time position</li><li>Competitive hourly pay at $25 to $45, based on experience.&nbsp;</li><li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance (70% employer-paid)</li><li>Paid vacation and holidays</li><li>Local work, no long-distance travel required</li><li>A supportive culture that invests in your growth</li></ul>Ready to Lead and Inspire?If you're driven to build not just great landscapes but a great career, we want to hear from you.
