Turf Jockeys, a premier landscape design-build firm in Eaton Rapids, MI, is hiring a skilled and experienced Landscape Foreman to lead the charge on some of Michigan's most striking residential and commercial outdoor builds.

From luxury patios, wellness gardens, and water features to bespoke outdoor kitchens and lighting systems, we create spaces that are functional works of art. As a Foreman, you'll bring those visions to life leading expert crews, upholding premium quality standards, and ensuring every detail reflects the Turf Jockeys name.

What You'll Do

• Supervise daily operations on high-end landscape construction job sites
• Interpret and execute plans with precision hardscape layouts, planting designs, and drainage
• Lead and mentor crews of 36 installers, fostering a positive and productive job-site culture
• Oversee material deliveries, equipment operation, and subcontractor coordination
• Operate construction equipment: excavators, skid steers, trenchers, laser levels
• Track project progress and work closely with project managers to meet deadlines and budgets
• Maintain clear communication with clients and ensure satisfaction at every stage
• Enforce safety protocols and comply with environmental and local regulations

What You Bring

• 5 to 7+ years of hands-on landscape construction experience (hardscapes, custom outdoor builds)
• Prior team leadership or crew management experience
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, site plans, and construction drawings
• Knowledge of plant materials, irrigation systems, and softscape installation (a plus)
• Skilled in operating construction equipment and tools
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma required; landscape or construction certifications preferred
