Are you a hands-on landscape professional who thrives on precision, teamwork, and building stunning outdoor environments? Turf Jockeys is seeking a Skilled Landscape Installer to join our growing crew of artisans, builders, and visionaries.

We specialize in luxury residential and commercial outdoor living spaces think custom patios, outdoor kitchens, fire features, water elements, and more. Our work is bold, refined, and built to last and we want you to help bring it to life.

Your Role

As a Landscape Installer, you'll play a hands-on role in crafting complex outdoor spaces from the ground up. You'll work with experienced foremen, manage tools and machinery, and contribute to some of the region's most admired landscape projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install high-end hardscapes: pavers, retaining walls, fire pits, outdoor kitchens, and more
• Operate landscape tools and machinery: skid steers, loaders, laser levels, saws
• Read and follow blueprints, construction drawings, and job specs
• Work closely with team leads to meet timelines and site requirements
• Maintain job site safety, organization, and material efficiency
• Support and mentor junior crew members to uphold quality and teamwork

What You Bring

• 3 to 5 years of landscape or hardscape installation experience (residential or commercial)
• Ability to interpret site plans and follow detailed installation instructions
• Familiarity with outdoor construction methods, plantings, and grading
• Strong physical stamina able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather
• A team-focused attitude with excellent communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or GED required (ICPI or NCMA certification a plus)
