Seasonal Landscape Installer No Experience Needed

Turf Jockeys is looking for motivated Seasonal Landscape Installers to help bring high-end outdoor projects to life. If you're dependable, enjoy physical work, and want to be part of a skilled team building beautiful spaces, this is your chance to join a growing landscape design-build company with an excellent reputation.

No formal experience required - we'll train the right individuals!

What You'll Do

• Assist with the installation of patios, walkways, planting beds, outdoor kitchens, fire pits, and more
• Load and unload materials like pavers, stone, mulch, and tools
• Dig, rake, and prep job sites for hardscape and landscape installation
• Learn to operate basic tools and landscaping equipment (training provided)
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe worksites
• Work closely with foremen and team leads to complete projects efficiently
• Represent our company with a positive, respectful attitude on every job

What You Bring

• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude - we'll teach you the rest
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day
• Punctuality, reliability, and respect for teammates and clients
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred
• Landscaping or construction experience is a bonus, but not required

What We Offer

• $18 - $22/hour, depending on experience
• Seasonal position: Spring through Fall (potential to return next season or go full-time)
