Turf Jockeys is hiring a skilled Senior Landscape Installer to help bring award-winning outdoor environments to life. If you're a hands-on professional who loves detailed hardscape work, team leadership, and seeing bold landscape designs come together, this is your next great opportunity.

We specialize in high-end residential and commercial design-build projects think patios, outdoor kitchens, fire features, and water elements and we're growing fast.

What You'll Do

• Install complex hardscape and landscape elements (pavers, stonework, outdoor kitchens, fire pits, water features, etc.)
• Use tools and equipment like skid steers, laser levels, saws, and loaders
• Interpret and follow blueprints, specs, and site plans
• Collaborate with foremen and project managers to meet timelines and adapt to jobsite conditions
• Uphold high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency
• Provide guidance and support to junior crew members
• Contribute to a positive, respectful team environment

What You Bring

• 3 - 5 years of professional landscape construction experience (hardscape preferred)
• Ability to read site plans and manage complex build details
• Working knowledge of plant materials and installation best practices
• Strong construction math and basic project budgeting understanding
• Clear communicator and supportive teammate
• Physically fit able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in variable conditions
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• High school diploma or equivalent (vocational certifications like ICPI or NCMA a plus)
