Do you take pride in craftsmanship, leadership, and building elite outdoor environments? Turf Jockeys a high-end landscape design-build firm, is hiring a Landscape Foreman to lead crews on stunning, complex custom landscape installations.

From outdoor kitchens and water features to wellness spaces and one-of-a-kind patios, this is your chance to grow your career while shaping some of the most unique outdoor spaces in Mid-Michigan.

What You'll Do

• Supervise landscape construction crews and manage daily job site operations
• Interpret landscape plans, ensure adherence to quality and design specifications
• Oversee material deliveries, site prep, scheduling, and equipment use
• Operate machinery (excavators, skid steers, laser levels, etc.)
• Track progress, timelines, and budgets with Project Managers
• Mentor apprentices and team leads build team performance on-site
• Ensure top-tier customer satisfaction and clear communication
• Uphold all safety standards and environmental regulations

What You Bring

• 5 - 7 years of experience in landscape construction (hardscape + custom installs)
• Proven leadership and crew supervision experience
• Skilled in reading blueprints, specs, and managing multiple moving parts
• Working plant/horticulture knowledge (a plus)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Strong time management and on-site decision-making skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• High school diploma required; horticulture or construction-related degree/certification is a plus
