As a Senior Landscape Installer, you'll be at the heart of executing high-end, custom landscape construction projects. You'll collaborate with foremen, project managers, and crew members to deliver stunning outdoor features like patios, outdoor kitchens, water elements, and more. This role demands technical proficiency, leadership, adaptability, and a strong commitment to craftsmanship and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Install complex landscape and hardscape features (pavers, stonework, fire pits, kitchens, retaining walls, water features, etc.)
• Operate tools and machinery such as skid steers, saws, laser levels, and loaders (operation preferred, not required)
• Interpret blueprints and execute project plans within schedule and budget
• Work closely with project leads to navigate change orders and evolving site conditions
• Maintain high safety and quality standards at all times
• Provide on-the-job guidance to team members and support their development
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and environmental standards
• Contribute to a positive, respectful, and efficient job site culture

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of professional landscape installation experience (custom or hardscape focus preferred)
• Strong knowledge of construction math, plant materials, and hardscaping best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and a basic understanding of project budgeting
• Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and perform labor outdoors in various conditions
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required)
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications (e.g., ICPI, NCMA) a plus.
